Legal Aid for Disputes with the NDIS

Legal Aid WA is funded by the Department of Social Services to provide legal advice assistance and representation for individuals, families, support persons and advocacy agencies to provide legal assistance in relation to internal and external review of NDIS issues.

This may include matters such as individuals who wish to become NDIS Participants but have been declined OR NDIS Participants who require a review of decisions made in relation to their NDIS Plan, such as funded supports.

Services may also include telephone or in person advice, assistance with written applications, appeals, letters and documents, negotiations with the NDIA and preparation and representation at AAT case meetings.
