- Respite weekends
- Regular newsletters
- Kalparrin drop-in centre and parent lounge
- Kalparrin website
- Be treated with respect and dignity
- Confidentiality
- Employees are required to provide an effective, efficient, prompt and courteous service to all members
As a member of Kalparrin you have a responsibility to:
- Be courteous and respect roles of Kalparrin staff
- Tell us about any concerns you have
- Respect the privacy of other Kalparrin members
- Maintain confidentiality with regard to information which has not been previously publicised, and not speak on behalf of Kalparrin members without prior authorization
- Protect and promote the good reputation of Kalparrin members
- Behave ethically and honouring high standards of integrity as a member of Kalparrin
