  • Respite weekends
  • Regular newsletters
  • Kalparrin drop-in centre and parent lounge
  • Kalparrin website
  • Be treated with respect and dignity
  • Confidentiality
  • Employees are required to provide an effective, efficient, prompt and courteous service to all members

As a member of Kalparrin you have a responsibility to:

  • Be courteous and respect roles of Kalparrin staff
  • Tell us about any concerns you have
  • Respect the privacy of other Kalparrin members
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to information which has not been previously publicised, and not speak on behalf of Kalparrin members without prior authorization
  • Protect and promote the good reputation of Kalparrin members
  • Behave ethically and honouring high standards of integrity as a member of Kalparrin
